1. Hi I'm Amelia Lane Jaben

Hi! My name is Amelia Lane Jaben and I'm excited to bring my experience at a successful startup to the eHouse Studio team. Originally from New York City, I came South for college and have never looked back. Before moving to Charleston, I lived in New Orleans and worked for KREWE, a designer sunglass startup.

  2. Exposing the Truth About Company Transparency

I recently returned from a trip to Atlanta where I had an excellent opportunity to speak at Owner Summit. Owner Summit is a conference for other digital studio owners to listen to the speaker line up, attend breakout sessions and talk shop and learn from one another.  The Bureau of Digital Affairs, a collaboration with Greg Hoy and Carl Smith, say the mission of the summit "Is to Help Digital Studio Owners Realize That We're Actually All in It Together."

  3. Doing It For The Kids

Back when most of us at eHouse were in elementary art class, our time was spent coloring and collaging, and digital artwork was not a factor (except for us ‘90’s kids who loved some Microsoft Paint). So when we got the opportunity recently to meet some students from Carolina Voyager Charter School who are in the Palmetto Brush art program, it was eye-opening to see how much more digitally aware art programs have become.

  4. A Retrospective Look at 2014

The end of one year and the beginning of a new year is always a great time for reflection and taking a moment to step back and revisit the events of the past year. 2014 was an adventurous year for the eHouse team and we were able to enjoy the continued journey of sharing our brand (or rather our re-brand), building expertise and focus on our craft and growing the team. We are looking forward to the experiences that 2015 will create!

  5. 2011 Addy Awards

As I watched my dear friend "Hartwell" peel into the parking lot in his pickup truck and hop out in head to toe hunting attire, I knew I had arrived at the 2011 Charleston Addy Awards. We headed inside to meet up with the rest of the eHouse gang and have a good time.
