VL by eHouse | Oracle NetSuite Connector
Oracle NetSuite is the ERP of choice for thousands of growing commerce businesses — flexible, cloud-native, and often the first “real” ERP a scaling brand adopts. But a NetSuite implementation is only as valuable as the data flowing through it, and keeping NetSuite synchronized with your storefront, warehouse, and sales channels is where operations teams lose the most time.
The VL by ehouse Oracle NetSuite Connector is a fully elastic, scalable integration that moves data between NetSuite and the rest of your stack in real time — cloud to cloud, built on iPaaS technology, with your business rules applied as the data moves.
What the connector does
- Syncs orders, inventory, customers, and fulfillment data between NetSuite and Shopify (or other commerce platforms) in real time
- Moves data from a single point to one or many destinations — one NetSuite instance can serve multiple storefronts, marketplaces, and 3PLs
- Applies business rules in flight: item mapping, location logic, currency handling, customer deduplication
- Runs entirely in the cloud as a managed service — no servers, no custom code to maintain
What does a NetSuite Shopify integration sync?
A NetSuite–Shopify integration typically synchronizes four data domains. Orders flow from Shopify into NetSuite as sales orders, with payment, tax, and shipping data mapped to your NetSuite configuration. Inventory flows the other way: NetSuite item availability updates Shopify stock levels so you never oversell. Fulfillment data — shipments, tracking numbers — moves from NetSuite (or your 3PL via NetSuite) back to Shopify to trigger customer notifications. Customers and products stay consistent in both systems, with NetSuite usually acting as the master record. The VL by ehouse connector handles all four domains in real time rather than on batch schedules, which matters most during high-velocity periods when stale inventory data directly costs sales. Because the integration is consultatively configured, edge cases — bundles, multi-location inventory, B2B pricing tiers — are handled by rules, not workarounds.
