Daneson was on a trajectory of remarkable international growth. However, the company’s surging popularity posed challenges that traditional in-app solutions couldn’t address. To reach its growth goals, Daneson needed a solution to integrate its systems and automate some of the most time-consuming manual tasks, giving the team more bandwidth to refocus on product development and customer experience.
To transform Daneson’s order fulfillment and logistics processes, facilitating accurate data exchange between multiple Shopify stores, backend systems, and fulfillment applications was essential. To start, ehouse conducted a series of in-depth interviews to understand Daneson’s data flow and apply custom business rules to meet business requirements.
Next, ehouse implemented Blue Link ERP to streamline operations, optimize resources, and maximize productivity. To bridge the gap between Daneson’s Shopify stores, ERP, order fulfillment applications (ShipBob and Bergen Logistics), and Shopify Payments, the team applied ehouse’s Managed Integration Platform, which enabled ehouse to modify and clone real-time integrations without disrupting day-to-day operations.
