1. December Dribbble Meetup Wrap-up with Steve Stegelin

Steve Stegelin, Illustrator and Cartoonist for Charleston City Paper recently joined us for our December Meetup at eHouse Studio. Steve is a Blackbaud Technical Writer by day and Cartoonist by night. His masterful pen and ink technique paired with comic strip style and impeccable hand-lettering put him at the illustrative soul of the Charleston City Paper. Steve, most notably known for his weekly blotter illustrations depicting outrageous but true stories, like the one seen here.

  2. Recap of the Dribbble Meetup with Timonthy Banks

    Timothy Banks

Last month we were thrilled to have local illustrator Timothy Banks join us for a peek at his process. The idea behind this meetup was to get an unabated look at Tim’s illustrative process from start to finish. Folks really seemed to enjoy the ‘live demo’ and mentioned how inspiring & helpful it is to get a behind the scenes perspective once in a while.

  3. Designer Matt Stevens Shares Project Highlights (and Lessons too)

We were honored to have kicked off October's Dribbble meetup with special guest speaker Matt Stevens. Matt joined us in person from Charlotte and presented an array of his featured design work and some stories behind the work. In honor of the Halloween holiday, and without naming names, was also cool enough to share a few "scary" stories that you might encounter when working on your favorite projects. We often learn from the things we do well and the mistakes we might make along the way. Design is a journey!
