PURE Grips - Video & Photography

For a very long time, golf grips have been applied using adhesives and removed using razor blades. This process is time consuming and makes demonstrating a grip quite difficult. PURE Grips has changed all that. By inventing a revolutionary system that uses compressed air to affix the grips to clubs, PURE Grips is the first truly tapeless grip, saving pro shops time and allowing them to easily install and remove grips so golfers can try out a variety of feels. The problem was, research indicated that while pro shops were intrigued by the installation process, few believed it would actually be easy. {e} house was tasked with making the revolutionary look everyday.

Traveling to every pro shop in America to demonstrate PURE Grips was not a reasonable solution. However, there was a way to give every interested pro shop a detailed look at the installation process: true high definition video. Working with FORMO, we shot a short, informative video showing how quickly and easily PURE Grips can be installed and removed. Because we shot in true HD broadcast quality video, we’ve been able to use the video for a wide-variety of purposes. It works on a big screen during presentations and works just as well online. We’ve even used the video footage to extract high-quality photographs to use in a variety of marketing materials. Furthermore, we’ve seeded the video through social media sites such a vimeo so that the footage can be easily discovered by golfers and pro shops everywhere.

There are no more concerns that PURE Grips’ installation process is difficult or time consuming. The video clearly demonstrates the simplicity of the process and proves that it is not merely revolutionary, but is a truly value-added aspect of PURE Grips. Additionally, by choosing to shoot the video in high definition, we created a little value-added difference of our own. There was no need for a separate photo shoot and no worry that the video would not look good in all applications.
