Working with Kiawah’s agency, the real-estate experts at FORMO, we developed a site that could grow and change with the island, constantly evolving to feature new real estate offerings and new lifestyle advantages. To do this, we created a content management system that allows the client to make easy and numerous changes to all parts of the site. Where the print version of Island Insight can only be published several times a year, the website can be updated daily. To fully maximize the advantages of going online, we also created conversion points to track clicks and traffic patterns on the website so Kiawah can follow what information is most popular and what points on the site most consistently motivate visitors to click through into the real estate website. The site also allows for Kiawah to develop an online community of fans and advocates, thus allowing for easy communication with those who love the island most.

Through the website’s design and optimization, we successfully converted a marketing tool with limited reach into one that can reach anywhere at any time.
