Any organization that dishes out as much love as Charleston Elves deserve a whole lot of loving back. Now that Aaron had laid the tracks for the Santa Express it was time to apply the brand to the UI work that had been done. The Charleston Elves have a uniquely compelling story and mission, and it’s that story that resonates with people and moves them to want to help. When we began the information architecture, we identified a number of ways in which we could both improve the effectiveness of the site and better communicate the financial burdens of treating children with cancer, and how that burden affects a family’s ability to celebrate the holidays.

A Warm Welcome to Ryan and Austin
