Our favorite downtown chef, Mike Lata, found himself in the spotlight once again this week with his much anticipated appearance on Iron Chef America. Lata and current Iron Chef Jose Garces squared off Saturday night with a battle over bubbly- champaign being the secret ingredient.
Now that Mike has been working here for almost 4 months as a front end developer, we’ve decided to get on the ball and do an official blog post welcome. Below is his bio so you can get better acquainted with our new {e} team member. Welcome Mike, we’re happy to have you on board!
