On a cold Friday morning back in December, I dragged myself out of bed and into hot yoga class. All I was expecting to get out of the class was a good workout, a little stress relief, and a lot of sweat. What I left with that day has changed part of me and the holiday season in a way that I knew I always longed for but never knew exactly how to do it.
