Now that Mike has been working here for almost 4 months as a front end developer, we've decided to get on the ball and do an official blog post welcome. Below is his bio so you can get better acquainted with our new {e} team member. Welcome Mike, we're happy to have you on board!

Front-end development. Illustration. Free jazz. You name it and Mike Henderson can do it. Our resident Renaissance Man, Mike brings the kinds of advanced skills and underlying artistic passion that make {e} house tick. He started out in audio engineering and learned the ropes in a multi-million dollar recording studio before moving towards his lifelong love of art and his growing fascination with digital media and web and software development. His keen eye and creative abilities served him well as he worked in the interactive division of the nation’s leading pre-season sports guide publisher. He worked with such clients as Pepsi, Bic and Swisher, developing front-end user interfaces for online fantasy sports games. But Mike isn’t just a man who can provide big ideas for big clients. He understands the details, too, and has spent time working on such projects as online stores, focusing not just on the look of the stores but also on their front-end development, usability, E-commerce functionality and conversion optimization. That’s just who Mike is: someone with seemingly limitless interests and talents. He’s toured with heavy metal bands and with free jazz ensembles He can illustrate beautifully by freehand and can accomplish complicated front-end development for websites. And he can take any client’s goals and move them beyond the expected. He’s just the kind of guy we love having at {e} house.
