Companies like Netflix and Amazon have set a high bar for retailers when it comes to personalizing online shopping experiences. In fact, more than half of consumers say they expect that companies will anticipate their needs and make recommendations before they even make contact. While this may sound daunting, it doesn’t have to be.

The last five to six years have seen a continued shift in consumption patterns from traditional purchasing and ownership to an increase in subscription-based services of the future. According to McKinsey, the subscription eCommerce market has been growing by more than 100% year over year. Although this includes subscription boxes, like razors, food and cosmetics, there also is a growing trend for subscriptions that enable access over ownership, such as rentals for designer clothing, high-end luggage or sporting equipment. In fact, a study by UPS showed that Millennials are nearly five times more likely to rent online than other demographics.

A few months ago, MailChimp asked us to work with them on a series of email templates for their customers. We designed and coded a total of six templates with unique identities
which they announced yesterday.
The launch of the Pantech Pocket presented our team with a new challenge to not only produce a digital campaign with web videos and a responsive landing page, but also our first national TV commercial.
We've been honored with two W3 Awards, given each year by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, for our work for Pantech. The W3 Awards honor creative excellence on the web and recognize the creative and marketing professionals behind award-‐winning sites, videos and marketing programs. For the Pantech Dew Tour mobile app, we won a National 2012 Silver W3 Award for Sport Mobile Apps, and also took home a National 2012 W3 Award for Sports for the microsite we created for Pantech’s sponsorship of the 2012 Dew Tour.
